I initially reached out to Karina as I knew that a past traumatic experience was creating challenges in my life and standing in the way of current objectives. As we started the session, I honestly didn’t know what to expect but she walked me through it all with so much love and knowledge. The experience was completely mind-blowing in the sense that my life graph revealed patterns that I had never realized and the reframing showed me aspects that were impacting the trauma as well as how I absorbed it, that I would never have figured out without her help. I went into the session with signs that my anxiety attacks were trying to creep back in and have not had them ever since. It’s truly life changing!
