5 Week Program
TBP- THE BODY PATHS- STRESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM TBP program is a sequence of energy flow exercises that works with the interdependence of back and front muscles kinetic chain as the key to balance and harmonize the body’s functioning. The program also includes relaxation of mind and positive suggestions where all movements need to be experienced and felt internally in the subconscious level instead of merely repeating or copying them. T.B.P. Program helps people to have a progressive and integrative development of body awareness, boost immune system, learn different breathing techniques, revigorated and recharge body physical, emotional, mental and energetic flow. NOTE: Movements are gentle and anyone can participate. Classes will be running every Monday - 5:00 - 5:30pm / 6:00 - 6:30pm / 7:00 - 7:30 pm alternative date: Saturday- 8:00 - 8:30 am Starting dates: Monday May 01, 08,15,22,29 Saturday, April 29, May 06,13,20,27 Via Google Meet
